If you don’t have a real estate agent, that’s GREAT! We both will save some money! Once you’re ready for a showing or to make an offer, just give us a call. (You must be pre-approved by a mortgage provider or have a bank letter of proof of funds before the showing.)
If you already have a real estate agent, have him/her call us to set up a showing or to make an offer. Don’t worry; we will pay your agent a reasonable commission.
If you are ready to make an offer please have a dollar amount in mind for the offer and let us know any stipulations. Once we reach an agreement, (This may take a few phone calls.) We will forward the details to my Real Estate Attorney.
